HP or Range?

Okay, I got 100 Zeal on my AGS Pure, the stats atm are:

73 Combat:

75 Attack

86 Strength

1 Defence

31 Prayer

69 HP

72 Range

67 Magic

Should I use it on 72-76 Range or 69-75 HP?

Range. HP gets trained by other stats when you train or pk, even when maxed.
