low level rune pure clans

Hi im just wondering if there are any decent low level rune pure clans out there? I searched zybez recruitment forums and googled it to fuck but didnt find any to catch my attention

by low level, i mean maybe 90 combat tops. Ill be maxing at like 82 combat so am looking for other people around my level to wreck with.

HF, VH etc all have attack requirements for rune pures, im 50 attack which is why i cant join

any help is appreciated thanx

Sure HF / vallhana take 95 range/mage+40 deff as a tank
