Having trouble uploading vid

i have made a vid, and edited on camtasia 7. This is the first ever time i have edited or vided and i was just wondering why everytime i try to upload it, it says it has uploaded but it is processing. This doesnt change for hours and eventually says failed (unable to convert vdeo file).

Google what type of video files google accepts...

If its a camtasia file, change it to a .wmv/.wmp/.divx or any type of file it does accept.

If needed use a convertor....
