this is what i did last year. 

HUGE blue beach towel, white tshirt you dont want anymore..

cut out two big ovals draw slanted eye lids, pupils, then shade in the rest of the area with a red crayon..

then cut out a small open mouth smile showing teeth..

cut the towel into a "poncho" (hole in the middle big enough to fit your fat head through)

wear a long sleeve black shirt underneath the towel.

and find some "mickey mouse" gloves..

congrats, you are now towlie for halloween..
