Your actually better off getting them for task's.

I did 94 - 96 Defence there and nothing, then I got them as a slay task and git 2 whips in one load.

i camped 90-99 def and got about 25/30 whips.

Then i started slayer again and got 85-88 slay with about 10 abby tasks and did not get ONE whip drop :/
