honestly, anyone with a brain in CA has their 215 anyways so it doesn't matter at all... if i still lived in cali, i could drive 2 miles from my house to a shopping center with 5 different dispensary's to choose from and buy my weed legally like i did for a little over 3 years..

GG

NO I would vote no if i could and I hope it isn't passed because I like how it is now.

If I get caught by cops now its a 90$ ticket and slap on the wrist but if im underage and its 18+ to smoke I would get in way more trouble.

Well my opinion doesn't matter, but obviously the people of California have enough common sense that they voted against it.

So ...

ACTUAL REASON IT DIDN'T PASS: WEED GROWERS/DEALERS IN CALI DON'T WANT PRICES TO FALL DUE TO LEGALIZATION. YOUR ARGUMENT IS INVALID

Give me a credible news source that actually states your argument then I will believe you.

I didn't realize the weed growers represent 54% of all Californians.

Wow! (Sarcasm just in case you were too dumb to realize it)

no news source isn't going to state it, as it's not exactly something people are going to come out and say. but it's fairly obvious that it will cause the price to drop, and it should be obvious to anyone with half a brain that growers/sellers don't want that. and also any retard should know that you don't need a 100% vote to pass a bill, thus making your "54% of californians" argument also idiotic.  ^_^

its a $50 under an ounce with a $50 Drug awareness class fee.. but if it was passed that would be a thing of the past as long as you're 21, and you're partaking in consumption like you would alcohol.. ie: they'd have weed bars and such legally..

I don't get it?

"no news source isn't going to state it"

Are you dumb? Let me answer that for you, YES you are.

How is that 54% of Californians argument idiotic? Seeing as 54% of the TOTAL vote was AGAINST the bill. That includes people with common sense. Your reason that the bill didn't pass is invalid.  You need to stay in school because the real world won't accept your stupid ideas.

Yeah shit didn't pass lol. Both my brother\dad have licenses to grow it so doesn't really affect them but I found it an interesting topic that they were going to legalize it. Honestly thought it was going to pass :(.

can we get a off topic ban from that smush fag?

See, now you're desperate looking for ways to get out.

Honestly, instead of trying to cop out, reply back with some dignity instead of saying, "pweez ban him he hurt my feeelinggs"

And to reply to Spittles, I actually thought that the bill would pass as well. I mean it was pretty close to be fair, but I think if this bill was reintroduced in a year or so in proper format without any loopholes and more education, then I do think this bill would pass. (But I still would vote against it)

You DON'T want to deal with me because you CAN'T handle the TRUTH.

If I try to sound smart and witty in my responses then it works. You on the other hand just straight up sound dumb and ignorant as hell.

Carry on.

Bill didn't pass. Move on and rage quit.

Thanks.

he's not using a ban as a cop-out, he's using a ban as a way to stop you from posting your far from witty or constructive remarks on what should be a board for actual discussion. Removing you, as well as all the other retards (yes, #ultrafags that means you), would result in a board with less spam, less idiotic trolling, and more actual discussion, the intent of a "forum" - defined as "a public meeting or assembly for open discussion".

I don't see how my remarks are anywhere near spam or trolling as I put up fair evidence and sources rather than resort to idiocy. Yes it is a public meeting or assembly. I actually put up a fair opposition and discussion as the original poster actually replied with his own evidence.

You on the other hand want to be a white knight in this situation trying to intervene in something that has nothing to do with you. Rather than trying to mediate (which you did terribly) you should actually contribute to the discussion. Maybe it's hard for you with your feeble mind, but I'm sure you can try.

Let me ask you this.

Have you contributed at all to this discussion? Have you provided any intellectual insight to this discussion? Any proof?

Let me answer that for you..

No you did not.

Ugh I want my fucking rank back again... Get away from all this dumb shit and just chill in tbff. Might try apping for ally again, got a lot of support last time before it was locked. Might start nolofing stats on this shitty game just so I can get full member and be eligible for clan ally if I go inactive again. Really can't be bothered with this retarded argument any more, got way better things to do with my time. Oh and inb4yousayingsomedumbshitaboutthisbeingacopout. Goodbye.

i know a lot of stoners that voted NO on prop 19. some say it would have done more harm than good to the legalization of marijuana in the state since EACH COUNTY could have to decide how they wanted to govern/convict people that are possessing instead of it being a STATE WIDE legalization like a lot of dummys thought.. (but to that i say it has to be done in baby steps) when the prohibition was overturned on alcohol it wasn't an overnight process, and the legalization of marijuana will ultimately take the same path.. + there's ALWAYS a legalization prop on EVERY VOTING TERM, so its not like there isn't going to be a more well written law that actually will HELP coming up to a vote in 2 years anyways..

like i said prop 215 passed in 95 i think.. (definitely could be wrong) but it passed with AN OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of votes..

so do a little fact checking first kid..  :nice:

the bill passing or failing had zero effect on me. so i dont really care about that.

i cant handle the truth? what truth is that?

and how am i ignorant? give me a quote from me that shows me being ignorant.

They voted no.

And really that is all that matters.

I'm against Prop 19 because it's terribly worded, and has loopholes that people can get around.

You're entitled to your own opinion, but please give me some evidence at least, any sources that you could site because to be honest your opinion doesn't mean shit to me.
