99 summoning

Well the other day i was watching tv and then all the sudden this commercial pops up with all these bitches  talking about having constipation and diarrhea and im like fuck i should get 99 summoning....i would be doing this with a account thats not exactly done yet but i after i get another 50ish mil on it and  finish gettin its melee stats right i planned on making it into a korasi/chaotic/shit on africa kind of pure....but to the point of this thread i'll prob try killing waterfiends with a ss and see how that goes.....mainly all i need is a rough estimate on what you think it would cost or what other  method i could do it that would be better.....Please intelligent responses only!
