Best stats for pking are 99 str 99 attk 99 hp 99 pray 99 def 99 range 99 mage, It's the skills that count as "Best", i bet that if a good hybrid would fight a maxed main he would wreck him hard.

Depend what your good at, if your good at switching then 60atk pure

If your good at comboing then 75atk with some other good stats to back you up

If your good at hybriding then basically get everything up

If you suck ass then 45def 99range is for you, you can just sit on your sharks all day and wait for a big hit
