hey ive just came back to rs and wtf is this reseting bolocks since when did people get reset instead of banned ? surely this is just encouraging people to bot as they know they wont get banned and may get away with it ?

Happened like two or so weeks ago..now when people bot, the stats they botted and some other random ones are reset to level 10 with 388 exp in the skill. However, i still think bannings a possibility. But you are right, resetting is just encouraging people to bot and make now overpowered accounts, example 10 def w/ barrows, Turmoil etc.

They tend to get banned shortly after they get reset.
