I think main pking is harder than pure pking. Pure pking is based on prayer and with mains it's prayer + waiting till they get in robes.

90% of main prays are at ss and/or leeching with turm... If you know how to brid well on a pure, main pking wouldn't be that hard, other way around would be a nightmare.

Not really... 3 Way switching to range is basically pure hybriding in a nut shell. And there are plenty of kids praying protects, even if your not doing prays you have to switch to hides, robes, and armour. Mains also pk at a lot more places and have to tank sometimes. Tanking is also a lot different than pure tanking which only lasts a few steps.
