How about you just join a gym.

With the appopriate diet / routine you can get your desired 6 pack ALOT quicker than doing one of those stupid abb workouts at home. Many exercises such as squats, deadlifts etc, actually train your core aswell as the obvious other functions, many people get their abbs from just following a decent routine with no crunches etc. However I also do 1 day a week or core exercises, crunches etc. If you did this you'd see much faster improvements in all areas not just 1 small part of your body that no'one really sees.

Yes I give u serious replies when ur topic isn't a shit subject.

Yeah i'm starting boxing again in new year, so I need a bulking up diet too so if you could post the sort of thing you eat on a daily basis Chris, t'would be nice.

main advise would be to eat alot of wholegrain foods such as brown rice, wholemeal pasta / bread.

stay away from eating a lot of white bread. If you are going to a gym or working out, a good tip is to go for a low intensity jog as soon as you get up, before breakfast, this will simply get rid of fat and barely any muscle and is a step to the "ripped" effect. Jogging / exercising is key for abbs.

Your post-workout meal is the most important meal of the day, should be full of complex carbs / protein. Btw never skip breakfast.

P90x got me most of what I lost back gonna restart the routine

Don't forget to work on your other muscle groups as well no points having a jacked torso with no legs

Lots of carbs? I thought carbs were just empty calories and turn to fat easily? What do they do? I thought for building muscle you needed a lot of protein

Complex carbs are protein sparing, not going to explain but they help alot.

Also you need to be eating a lot of calories if ur looking to gain muscle (bulk) like 500+ over your recomended daily intake is a must.

Yeah, I was thinking about this the other day.

4 months of drinking, partying, and not playing hockey any longer has caused me to really let myself go lol, I don't even know where to begin to get myself back in shape :(

I have P90X but when I tried attaching the pullup bar to my door frame it fucking ripped the trim off of it
