Dog, from my personal advice i'd run a cut before you bulk. no shame in it, currently i'm 6'3 210 cutting.

If you're 6'3 you're already a tank and require no further training

Yeah I made a New Years resolution to loose the gut last year.

Sort of did but i just went for jogs after school everyday and stopped eating fast food. Wasnt really worth it =/ Altho it got me fit for football season so I'll probly keep it up c:

i have an 8 pack. srsly.

the main thing isnt ab exercises, its your diet and doing fat burning training then you can start to do ab exercises and make sure to include core work + also it depends mostly on the way your body works. I know people who train for months and months and months but still dont have a 6 pack, i can do fuck all training and eat whatever yet still keep mine and also cut or gain muscle quickly if i want to :S

@Skidoosh, cause I'm to lazy to do that shit and I look good enough with normal muscles :/.

My body is trained alright (shoulders, arms, chest), I just don't like the perfect body lol.

To much for me xD. Ain't gonna invest much time in it, don't want to either.

I'd be worrying more about your lack of peks then what your stomach looks like.   And abs are pretty much useless as fuck amaate, they are prtety boy muscles init.   I'm not big, but I'm happy with the way I am, I swim err'day, n do a few pressups before bed n stuff n i feel healthy and look alright.

I just tried that 8 min workout thin just to see gwaanin, my stomach didn't evenr eally burn at all, but my neck is fucking killing me.

Actually at that time i was maxing 310 on bench press... for some reason i could never get my peks as big as i wanted to.

And if your neck hurt, you weren't doing them right.

Wake up - 30 min jog around a park or somewhere outside

Get home - Eat 3 raw steak fillets + 7 raw eggs

Ab workout - Do 500 sit ups in 8 minutes

1 month later - Perfect six pack everytime

Everyone has abs under there somewhere, you just have no fat what so ever leaving you with little pebbles on your stomach from your 97lb body

Week one of operation gain a 6-pack

Drank shit load of booze > did mile run and didn't end well  :(

think ill start again after new years... been drinking and blazing every day so jogging is killing me :(
