If you can keep that kind of flow going for a 3 - 4 minute song and a really good chorus then I think you have something going.

Nice, I personally love Metal/Rock/Alternative.

Bands like Avenged Sevenfold are amazing IMO. Extremely nice lyrics and an amazing combination of instruments and vocals. If you don't know them yet I suggest that you start listening to them right now, because they are amazing. Songs like ''Nightmare'' and ''Beast And The Harlot'' are beautiful, or songs like ''So Far Away'' or ''Dear God'' for the lyrics.
