Arcane stream definately, otherwise try get 82 and get a crossbow / staff unless your 80 atk then get rapier :D

rigour is overrated unless you like risking alot such as dclaw spec-korasi and stuff like that.

I'd definately suggest getting a stream, unpotted you can hit like 400s with barrage, ive hit like 418 as a max so far lol.

And I also have scroll of cleasning, i bought it for cash mostly, making unf pots i can make like 3m an hour compared to before where i'd only make like 700k-1m an hour. I wouldn't suggest it for training herblore though as it does save you money but its hardly anything. Usually the unf pots are more valuable than the secondaries so you end up saving like 300gp out of a 5k loss.

As for weapons, i cant say, if your 80 attack then rapier but if you dont/your f2p then get cbow. I honestly dont know what gravite weapons are like.
