Best 1 defence gear

Yo, so I'm currently training up a new pure and I know quite a few updates have come out since I've played a pure, so can someone show me some set ups and if they require quests what quests etc. I'm all good with addy gloves, zam book etc, just mean like armour along the lines of torso and legs? I know bear head is best for helm, I'm pretty good on the range side also. Just melee defence gear and max mage bonus. Chuuurrr
