PS CS5 Batch Processing .gifs for web

I doubt anyone here will be able to solve this problem, but i'll ask anyway because i don't know any hardcore gfx forums.

So the problem is, i've made an action that saves images "for web and devices", this brings up a dialog to set quality parameters, one of which is the animation loop, "once" or "forever". In the action i've made i have set it to "forever", but when i run a batch on this action it saves them as a single loop .gif.
