Ok so I've been on the overweight side most of my life, sadly. I'm honestly tired of people looking at me like some fat piece of shit. So if anyone has like a badass weight loss program, like a diet and exercise routine. I would be very grateful. Looking for more of a link or a guide that tells me exactly what to do/eat, not just a "eat more carbs and exercise" thing cause idk what to buy for that. I don't want to lose it REALLY fast because I heard you get excess skin. :(

5'6  200lbs is getting old and annoying, halp.

ROFL

There's no quick fix for getting fit.

Go to your local gym get them to plan out a schedule for you and if your serious stick to it. If you won't do that then go to a PROPER website and ask them not FOE..

How many more of these fucking topics..

Cut the crap out of your diet, takeaways, crisps[potato chips], chocolate etc. Start hitting the gym, do a lot of cardio if you just want to lose fat, losing weight is easier than you'd expect.

How old are you? Because 200 at 5'6 is a lot.

A few simple steps can do wonders to your body; i have also been most of my childhood on the overweight side and this is what i did to get in shape in a pretty fast time.

1. Eat healthy foods with vitamins and minerals, (=healthy diet)

2. Exercise frequently, start off with walking around your neighbourhood a few times a week, then maybe start jogging perhaps 3-4 times a week, this combined with a healthy and nutritious diet, can get fast results.

3. Dont get depressed about the fact that you may be a little overweight, and concentrate on the happy things in life, like friends and family etc. Being depressed isn't going to help you lose weight, to be honest, youll just gain more weight because when you get depressed, you tend to eat or drink to make you feel better.

Hope i helped.

*Sigh*

Right, 1st you need to cut out all SHIT food and get into a ruitien or jogging/running/gym is worthless

so before p4 l pink/ Roids gives you a good plan (if they do) you need to learn self discipline

No crisps, sweets or anything shit!

No late night snacking, cut down on bready products and keep to a 3 meal a day.

MAIN RULE WITH DIETING

Eat until your full, not until your plate is gone. You burp and feel done (half plate left) stick it in a plastic container and eat it another time your hungry.

Eat breakfast<------------ fruit/fiber/cereal is a must (trust me on this)

.....................

Now you can start exercising. This will not happen over a week, it will take months!!!!

Dont look in the mirror and go FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU IM NOT LOOSING WEIGHT OR GAINING MUSCLE RAGE/QUIT

Oh so you've basically stopped growing heightwise, to avoid excess skin you'll have to tone yourself well. Just sign up to a gym and ask for a schedule for weight loss. You'll probably get given 2 days cardio and minimal weights then one of cardio and more weights. Doesn't take a genius to work out what you should and shouldn't be eating, that can be left to you.

Eat lots of fibre, try to avoid heavy foods like white bread etc it's one of the main factors a lot of people are overweight (too many carbs with no action)

Dont snack inbetween meals, get powerwalking/jogging, maybe even small freeweights at a gym just to keep you looking tight whilst you lose the weight, and the main ingredient would be willpower :p

^Was waiting for someone to post that tbh lol.. :(

I appreciate all the help guys.

PS. I posted it cos i'm quite witty, and i find that to be a valid response when people call you fat etc, to be witty and sarcastic, and pretty much humiliate them.. which is why #OT are #1.
