It's important to get in a routine that you can sustain over a long period of time. Too often people try these extreme diets and workouts and give up.

Just to echo what others have already said, it's pretty simple. Stick to three meals a day and don't snack in between meals. You don't need to pay too much attention to what you eat, just stay away from the obvious like junk/fast food.

Exercise at least three times a week for 20 minutes at a time. You can start by walking at a quick pace if you can't run, as long as your heart rate is up for 20 minutes+. As you get in better shape you will be able to do more strenuous exercise for better results. Don't get discouraged if you don't see change immediately, as these things take time.

dont bother getting a gym membership, you want to lose weight, so i would suggest doing some exercise classes such as boxercise, spinning, stepping for example but the best class you could probably do is kickboxing.

There is no point going to a gym yet cause then you have to work off your own will power and im telling you now if you are overweight then a gym will be the most intimidating place to train and you will most likely need someone else to make you push yourself which is why a class would be better.

Adding in daily runs aswell (even if it is for 1 mile) will help shitloads and just increase it overtime.

Not really gonna say anything on the diet cause people can eat what they want just make sure you only eat to what your body needs for fuel.

Lastly....IF YOU WANT IT YOU GOTTA WORK FOR IT, dont give up on yourself

The king of grime does not specialise in losing weight whilst not caring about muscle wastage.

Once you have lost a good amount of the weight, I will link you to a good toning gym routine. (still involes alot of cardio).

If you want to lose the weight as quick as possible HIGH intensity cardio is the key, along with a well balanced diet. A well balanced diet does not simply mean to live off salad. All in moderation.
