In other news: Africans still can't afford to eat, children are still getting hung in Pakistan, women are still being beaten in UAE and thousands of soldiers are dying through-out the world. Seriously, people need to realize that paying a few thousand extra for their OWN education isn't the worst that could happen. Everyone seems to think university education is their god-given right.

Ben Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 Jim is so fucking right, kids who go Uni because they want to be the top shit when they're older should expect to pay alot of money for fucking having a chilling few years of partying and the odd lecture. Life aint fair but ur life aint bad if you're going Uni in the first place, also as all those bumders caused so many thousands of pounds damage in London they can pay that extra to help pay for the cost of the damage there. Politicians are also scammers on the other hand but that's a given.

My tuition jumped about $1200 this year, yet scholarship did not increase, so the full scholarship I received last year no longer covers everything. For the people comparing this to poverty in Africa, that is silly logic. Nobody disputes that those problems are more life-threatening than raising tuition, but that does not erase every other problem in the world. The way you solve problems is through education. An educated public will be able to analyze problems and find solutions.
