At this There's really not much to say other then Keep practicing, and keep watching tutorials. I see you've experiented with brush styles and layer styles, Keep going in that direction and you'll be making good sigs in no time.

edit: did you trace the people with the pen tool of the magic wand? or that other thing like the magic wand, lol.
