All Out Ice, has been my newb pure for quite a while and after my main pure got banned causing me to leave FOE, it became my main pure, ive been taking a break from scape recently but recently ive been back and im training for FOE.

70/85 Strength

73/91 Range

1/44 Prayer

76/85 Mage

Do Dt

Steel/Addy Gloves

Money.

10.5/16mil

I imagine its going to be around 69 combat with those stats, im not sure wether to get 44 prayer or not.
