Berniej Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 step 1 : stop smoking there is no step 2 i still struggle with not smoking, since i started working mornings (6am - 430pm) i started smoking again.. you just gotta stop buying packs.. plain and simple, deal with the stress from not having it, and just cope.. if you wanna quit, and you can't, you're a bitch... Wise words from Eric :). I never liked smoking that much, I do smoke a bit when I'm boozed up. Or when I really can't smoke a joint but really want to lol. I'm glad I never got that attached to it.

So I wanna' stop smoking (tabacco that is), since a few weeks I've been smoking more and more, up to a pack a day now. I've tried those Gums and the don't do shit. Any sugestions to help me quit? dsfsadf
