FOE Animated Sig

I was searching around for a tutorial on animated snow and found one so I tried it out. Inspired by Connor's aniamted sigs I figured I'd try it out. Let me know what ya think?:P

Heres a new one, this time it is rain. It may go slow at first but let it load.

Also probs coulda blurred the noise layer a bit more so the snow isn't just round.
