Training Question

Ok so recently new wildy pki'ing has been shit for me. 7 kills in the morning with plain shit loot of dhide with the rare exception of a D Bow.

I'm 43 cb.

I've decided to get 90 strength so i'm a higher combat so i can actually pk g maulls and the occasional DDS.

SO...

Should I either train at the triple crabs at Waterbirth? I'm willing to buy maxed out gear for me like a Zerker Ring and imbue it, fury, regen, and unholy book which would be max gear for an obbier, and I'd also use Supers to train. I also have a slayer's staff, which is the best training weapon for 1-20 attack.

Or should i Soul War it, i can always get HP later.

I'm looking for the FASTEST option please..

And Please don't say botting soul wars...I can't leave my comp on over night and it would hardly be a difference...

Goes in the "questions" sub forum.  I would think SW would be the fastest, but that's just me seeing as I like to multitask while I train.
