Get 70 attk?

voted no, whip is much more effective than ss. I'd only get 70 to pk with dharok's axe, nothing else.

if you kill alot/do fine with 60 attack no need for 70, id say make mage priority but your account if your bored of 60 attack go 70 :S dharok's + veng can = win

Max your account out first (Magic, Ranged & Constitution) and then decide.. I'd stay 60 Attack though
