Pick one, they're all just dandy. Maxed range and mage for your combat of course too. Personally I think the best is maxed 60 attack with 45+ prayer, it's the best for bridding, 1-50 attack are really acquired tastes as their pking styles are a lot different to 60+ so it's really just a case of deciding which you enjoy most.
