Paying to unban accounts

heard some people talking it costs £24 to unban accounts and apparently jagex reset your stats by up to half the xp you had per level and also take away cash.

anyone have proof or is this bullshit cause i have a maxed pure currently banned

Would be pretty pointless and ridiculous if they took the stats and money away, don't think they'd do that, would defeat the object of paying to have it unbanned.

This is my ex-pure, my account I was in FOE with before. 60 99 1, with 99 mage and 90 range.

It was banned, now here's what my offences say.. "Quashed" & The left bar is clear, no red! I am unbanned. But when I try to login "your account is in negative credit" I don't use credit cards either, i use pay by cash o.o So it's them basically putting your acc into neg credit.

I didn't crop it, so that way you guys know it isn't fake... >_>
