Not sure if he's been posted on off topic before or not, if you haven't seen this I wouldn't watch it while eating. Well, he isn't surviving by himself, he has an entire cast/crew follow him around that's how they get all those shots of him far away/close up etc. But the stunts he does IS REAL. But he's surrounded by a professional crew with medical supplies/food/water etc.
