Well I only came back to RS recently, before I quit a few years back, I sold all of my accounts and items for RSGP which I planned on selling for IRL GP. Didn't quite work out but I kept the account with the RSGP on.

I transferred the RSGP from that account onto this account (which was roughly 70M) and i've just made bank merchanting from there onwards.

TL;DR I transferred 60% of cash, earnt the rest Merchanting.
