Color Posted March 10, 2011 Author Posted March 10, 2011 u do know brews r better than super defence Saradomin brew temporarily raises your life points by 15% (it is one of few ways to raise your Life points above the normal maximum. This effect does stack with Rocktail) and your Defence by 25% (better than a super defence potion if your Defence level is higher than 50).
