Im terrible at taking pictures btw

been mostly focusing on my traps and back, starting deadlifting aswell

yea, chris is right, probs about 14/15%

DEXA scan is really the only way you're going to know your true body fat percent by measurement.  Skin fold is very inaccurate.  Visuals are best to go by otherwise. Compare yourself to a pro and then you'll know whether your 6-8%.    Would you rather claim the number or look the number?  Don't obsess about numbers when it comes to one's weight and bodyfat on paper, visuals and lifting numbers are more important.

if you got veins on lower abs/adon belt then yh mayb you're at 10

 

andrew might have to get to sub-8 for those though srs, love-handles for days

What do your arms measure @ flexed while cold? @@Andrew

Heres how im looking now :) around 10% i think, 14.5 inch arms, flexed while cold, 29inch waist, 46.5 inch shoulders

eating like a fookin machine and training 7 days a week

great progress mate, interested as to why you chose to run growth though? unless you're absolutely minted... cost:ratio is pretty awful, fat loss is going to be less significant than say.... cutting for an extra couple weeks a year or running a tiny amount of t3. 

 

if money was no object though i would absolutely run it, if only for the anti-aging/feel-good properties! 

 

 

bad video cos im not a camera man. tried to get focus on the pfizer label but camera too shit.

 

my breathing sounds heavy cos i have a tight chest and am ill atm so im struggling to breathe.
