Kyle Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 well lot of improvement to go but i took this the other day because walli kept saying i quit goin gym which i didnt appreciate much not too much to brag about yet but no plans of stopping training so only up to go from here ;p doing lifts 4 days a week legs chest biceps/triceps shoulders/back and i run 3-4 times a week normally lately i been doing 50-100 'jump rope reps' in between sets..goal is to drop 10-15 pounds -i'm around 195 atm, 6'1 - dropped from 210 so far but aimin for 185 at the very most by spring next year. oh ive also been doing intermittent fasting for around a month now, have found it quite effective but im also eating a lot better and ofc exercising a lot more ;p
