I feel like doing this. I'm getting un lazy. Should I buy Protein Shakes and drink them before I work out? You'd also have to drink 1-2 hours before you work out, correct? I'm going to lift dumbbells.

Can drink protein shakes before workout yes Sefket, although you want to be making sure you are taking one after you workout as well, as this is when you're body will be needing it the most, to repair your muscles.

yes..ur gonna get nowhere with 'dumbbells' tho.. go to a gym. just man up snefmed

Don't bother counting how many minutes you spend lifting & just concentrate on doing an intense, solid routine.

yeah make sure u eat 7 meals a day, every 2 hours, and make sure tis all clean, chicken, broccoli and talapia too!

Dope advice, I have definitely got in better shape from lifting weights AND dieting. I feel like people do one without the other but it doesn't work best like that

Also I heard too much cardio can cause you to lose muscle as well

I am surprised that nothing in this topic talks about the mental benefits. I guess that most people exercise for their social status these days.

Nice bro keep it up, oatmeal in the morning. Chicken and Broccoli for lunch is a must.
