Sefket Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 I feel like doing this. I'm getting un lazy. Should I buy Protein Shakes and drink them before I work out? You'd also have to drink 1-2 hours before you work out, correct? I'm going to lift dumbbells.
