Ok many people here are keen lifters or what not.

I am not only a keen lifter but a carido monster.

I can run a mile in under 6 minutes yet bench 120kg.

Want to know the secret to true fitness?

I will be posting some topics within the next week or so, all about improving fitness levels stamina and basically improving cardio.
