I'm 5'4 - 5'5 And 110 lbs, I'm trying to bulk up so I can turn it into muscle but I have a fast metabolism that prevents me from doing so. Is there anything I can do to bulk up faster? I am a picky eater, I don't like lots of sweet stuff, Milk shakes and pudding I hate, I mostly eat sea food, Fast food, Chicken and just your typical American dinners.

expand your horizons bro. being a picky is all in your mentality. learn to enjoy diverse foods and you'll open up lots of doors my friend.

if you're bulking, eat lots of peanut butter/fats/chicken breast/tuna/ green veggies/beeeeef and more beeeef, eat like you fawkin love food.

Eat two giant meals a day till you explode, and fill the rest of the day with protein shakes, you'll have the shits, but you'll start gaining after a few weeks.

I think Im going to start Having just pnutbutter sandwiches all day.

lol it'd prolly work actually. people put too much thought into diets. i would throw in protein shakes though

I understand where you're coming from, but you need to realize that just eating a lot more and shit like that isn't going to "mass or bulk you up" in a couple a months.

End of the day your a small kid with a small frame from your genetics and it's unfortunate considering you'd like to be bigger.

You have to start at the bottom like all of us with a solid plan to improve on and get stronger.

How long have you been working out?

When I say working out I don't mean doing 5 sets of dumbell curls then some crunches and going home.

Well Ive been going on a week now, I do 6 reps of dumbell curls 2 sets, Then I do 2 sets of pull up, Palms facing front/back to work out my back, Then I use the abs strap to get my lower abs and some of my back, And then just the basics push ups crunches.. I'm going to be getting a gym membership soon so Ill be open to a lot more.
