2st0ned Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 Some sites for cheap supplements are Bodybuildingwarehouse.co.uk (never used) Myprotein.co.uk - Can get 5kg of protein for £36(unflavored) 1kg of Creatine for £13 They also do free p&p if you spend over £40 Can get 5% off(better than nothing though!) your first order with a referral code (MP258052) Personally i'd get the unflavoured stuff as it's cheaper at £36 and the flavours probably won't taste too good, unflavoured tastes like milk.) The creatine is alright bit like chalk but doesn't really bother me I don't drink them for the taste! Not tried much of the other stuff as they're the only two supplements I use the rest of my stuff comes from food.
Craig Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 Monstersupplements. http://monstersupplements.com/store/frontpage-lang-1.html Or GNC http://www.gnc.com/home/index.jsp
2st0ned Posted March 16, 2011 Author Posted March 16, 2011 How long would 5kg of protein powder last? Assuming you have two scoops a day like me (1 in the morning, 1 after a workout) then 100 days approx. So 36p a day cant argue with that!
Steroids Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 mate iv never actually had unflavoured, when taken with milk, u can hardly taste anything but the milk? some protein tastes awful.

Yup can only taste the milk(just tried it then for ya :P). I know I got some sample GNC strawberry stuff a while ago off my mate, made me gag when I was drinking it.
