Whats everyones normal routine and whats your max and how many reps

i ussually do 135 10 reps 3-4 sets but if in feeling tough if i do 155 for about 8 reps 3 sets max

and my max is 225 for 3 reps (havnt done a 1 rep max yet)

Nice guys

my goal atm is to be able to get to 100kg for 2 reps. Atm i can manage 80kg normally for 2 reps and if i've rested/eaten/taken creatine i can max it at 90kg as of last night

315 one rep, no lift off

this was prior to my fight at the end of my ph..

since my fight and the hellacious cut i made, im now at 295 as of a couple weeks ago.. no ph.
