The Gym I Go To.

Okay so I go to this really small gym, it's not got that many machines... just wondering if it would really be worth my while to keep attending this one, or to go to a bigger one but not as frequent.  This gym is right next to my school, so i can go straight afterwards most days, however the other one is a fair few miles away, and since I cannot drive yet, i would be lucky to go once a week im thinking.

I'm trying to lower my weight atm, so I'm doing more running/bike/rowing atm, But I want to get bigger arms etc.

Here are pics of the current gym.

Like I said, it's not much, some may not even call it a gym....

uhh , i don't see a dumbell rack or even a bench press , not even a smith machine :s imma say if you want to work out decently you better move on to a decent gym yeah.

Edit: looks like a gymroom from a hotel...

yeah definitely move to a larger gym, mines' absolutely huge, i'll irc you a pic this week

there's no free weights area or a bench press, so that needs to be sorted :)

also if you're focusing on larger arms, work your triceps more than your biceps as they take up a larger part of the actual upper arm <3

not sure tbh. 1 day is hardly going to do a lot. has this current gym got free weights?

if you can find a way to go to the other gym 3+ days a week, do it. big arms dont come from rowing machines.

I'd rather do p90x or some type of home-workout written up by yourself.

Pushups/pull ups and hit some of the legs machines and cardio at that gym

use the dumbells etc

I'd def. go for the bigger gym :p

do u see a lot of fat people in gyms?

Straight to the point, no. However when you do see them, you dont judge them, i for one naturally am proud of them. They are actually doing something about there weight.

So if you are fat, dont hold back beacuse no one else there is like you. Everyone will be proud and supportive.
