Satsot Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 So guys, I quit univ because I didn't enjoy my course, sadly, my mom told me to gtfo and now I live by myself till next year when I can apply to a new course. Anyways, What are some easy meals to do so I can eat during work breaks? I live abit far from my current job so I can't really go home, cook something and come back so, what is good to eat during the morning, lunch and in the afternoon?
Mori Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Breakfast:Cereals, coffee, tea, bread, eggs Lunch: Sup in sack u just need to boil water, Mashed potatoes, canned tuna, rice Dinner: Spaghetti, mashed potatoes, lasagne which only needs to get warmed up, rice If u rlly dont have time just buy canned stuff or things u gotta warm up in ur microwave
Tris Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Invest in a cheap toasted sandwich maker and use a variety/different fillings. 2 Minute noodles or noodle cups are good too. Could also get some heat and eat meals but I usually stay away from those cause most of em are nasty. Canned tuna/chicken/spaghetti does the trick too.
Eric Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 my diet consists of: chicken pots pies chili mac & cheese (sometimes i add a can of tuna, makes for a GREAT meal..) DiGourno pizzas cereal coffee TACOS are an inexpensive and GREAT meal Spaghetti is SUPER easy to make as well other than that i usually go out, or snack on small stuff like chips cookies ect.. i'm not really too worried about my cal intake, i have an INSANELY fast metabolism just as long as i do my crunches & push ups in the morning.. if i think of anything else i'll edit..
gfdgfd Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Get a Foreman grill, get some meat, throw the meat on the grill, result.
Riceball Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 When i get really desperate i make like mush. Brown ground beef, add cream of mushrooms, throw some healthy green shit into it. Wait til it thickens, and you can put over rice or noodles.
