Ikz Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Was wonderin what's the best shit you can do at home without the benefit of having a gym around? I've transferred to a law and security program from my law major for a couple years so I'll need to get back into shape, unfortunately I moved location and the nearest gym is 40 minutes away. I got like resistance bands and light dumbbells but that's about it. Thanx boys
Smush Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Get a pull up bar, use body weight exercises. Pull ups, chin ups, variations of push ups (incline, decline, closed, wide etc). crunches, planks, bicycles, dumb bell squating. There's a lot of things to do at home. Just gotta be consistent.
