Hi everyone well im looking for help with a diet/food plan as I seem to have my training plan down just I dont know any foods that I could eat to help me along my way. The thing is I know what foods are healthy just I dont know whats good together and I dont like any vegetable's except potatoes. Ive done a course to be a gym instructor and there was nothing to do with diet so im pretty lost but if anyone needs help ill gladly offer :)

What im looking for is a list of foods or meals that I can eat which is good for me bearing in mind I work 9-4.

When I go on my diets or I need to eat healthier for something in general this is my approximate schedule.

From morning to night I intake a lot of water and will generally replace snacks with just a water bottle or a protein shake and or protein bar. If you're trying to diet yourself a good protein shake you can get your hands on would be whey protein.

From the start of morning, boil and eat 2-4 eggs

Around noon, peanut butter sandwich with a dietary protein shake

Evening, you're going to want to eat protein, for me most of my protein intake is from dinner. Try to get your hands on some fresh REAL chicken from the market and cook it without any fats. You can eat beans that have a lot of protein such as lentils and your meal can include a protein shake.

Overall you'll want to drink one to two protein shakes per day which hopefully you will be working out in between the process.

[ http://www.weightlossforall.com/protein_content_from_good_source.htm ] Here's a link for some choices which have a decent amount of protein.

I hope this helps you.

complex carbs such as potatoes, brown rice/pasta and wholemeal bread are must.#

many people neglect them as they think its all about protein, couldn't be more wrong.

This is what my friend uses and he tells me it works pretty good, check it out and look over some reviews to see if it's exactly what you're looking for. If you need precise help on finding the right protein powder for you I recommend when you go to a nutrient shop just ask one of the workers what you're looking for.
