Acclaimed|Jordan Posted April 1, 2011 Author Posted April 1, 2011 Ok. I officially start on 04/01/2011 but I spent today figuring out my one rep max for everything. Bench press - 120lbs Military press - 95lbs Dead lift - 125lbs Squat - 125lbs I was told that I need to work each one of these out equally so that I strengthen and add mass to my core and foundation. Once I have the experience and strength/mass while understanding what weight feels like I can start concentrating on specific muscle groups. My uncle also told me that I must balance all of these out so that I may become proportionately built and not like "the guys that go to the gym and do curls all day while looking at themselves in the mirror but can't squat". He also said I need to work incline bench presses and decline bench presses so I can build my chest equally. All in all I loved it, this is the second most interesting thing I have done in my life. I feel amazing right now. I look forward to tomorrow. Sorry for the run-on sentences, my heart is beating fast right now lol Edit: This is the OFFICIAL starting picture. Keep in mind the past 2 days I have been eating 3K calories and protein shakes + vitamins. Right now my stomach is full of a shake + water + food.

My starting weight is 122.8 lbs. edit: 04/01/2011 - First workout Bench Press 50lbs x 15 65lbs x 12 70lbs x 10 80lbs x 8 Incline Bench Press 55lbs x 15 65lbs x 8 70lbs x 5 70lbs x 6 Military Press (couldn't feel my arms at this point, I had to overcome it) 45lbs x 8 45lbs x 5 After these I grabbed 5lbsx2 for my left and right arm and lifted them forward and sideways 15 times each. I could barely drive home. I am in pain right now :/ I was told I am shocking the shit out of my body right now

Military press 55x15 60x12 60x8 60x6 Bench press 50x15 60x12 65x10 70x8 75x6 + 5 negatives Decline bench 55x10 + 4 negatives 60x8 + 5 negatives 75x 6 + 3 negatives I finished each set easily compared to my last chest workout. I ended it with 75 lb shoulder shrugs back and forth. I love weight lifting and I can't wait u til I push 300+ I think this workout was to help me better control the bar. I felt like I had complete command of each weight and pushed with co fidence

Right now I'm looking to eat 1500 calories for breakfast. Weighed myself this morning and was 126.4 lbs before taking piss.
