I've got one acc 4 quests off quest cape I haven't been questing a lot lately, I've got another one at 270QP, and a third account at 301 or something. 1700 something total on one, 1978 on another and 2052 on the last. I will respect you more if you have quests done than any maxed skill Questing is boring though, it's basically run to area A, fetch item A, take to area B and repeat.
