Nice little forum you guys have going on here. I've read through a lot of shit and here and something I haven't heard much about is water. To put it simply if you lot are being serious about getting bigger you need to try and drink a gallon of water a day. I usually just carry a gallon around with me and will end up drinking well over a gallon a day especially on days I lift.

I always drink plenty of water, but water goes through my body like nothing.

Less than an hour I'm pissing clear piss, so the key is to drink plenty of water?

All I seem to gain is water weight which is heavy ... but it doesn't retain.

Sounds about right for you walli... lol

And yeah to people who are big into lifting its common sense but drinking that much water was never something I used to do.. Many people associate drinking a gallon of water a day to be "water weight".. this will only happen if your eating a poor diet that consists of way to much sodium as that is what actually retains water. Your muscles need saturated to properly grow out.. Not to mention it is essential to help ensure good kidney and liver function if you are stacking multiple proteins with pre workout powders/liquids.
