I need a meal plan

Im trying to lose weight just by doing cardio daily for about 20-30 minutes and around 100 crunches (starting) at night. I prefer jogging/biking as thats the most convenient for me at the moment. I will start going to the gym in a month or so once I get my drivers liscence. For now I want to get into a routine of doing cardio every morning. Actually I'm not even sure if I should be doing it every morning. Anyway I am currently like 280 lbs (ikr) and want to get down to around 140-160. Last year I lost 30 lbs but gained some of it back because I got lazy because I got a job. Currently my meals are just junk food and whatever my mom makes for dinner. I need a good solid meal plan to follow. I will eat mostly anything but tuna tbh.

if any, use a diet whey protein.

u dont need it untill you join the gym and know what ur doing. losing fat whilst maintaining muscle i assume isn't a big deal to you as you probs dont have alot of muscle anyway. losing your fat will rely on a consistently healthy diet and regular cardio. mix up the standard crunches with some modified ones, (you wont see your abs no matter how many crunches/core exercises you do, untill u lose the layers of fat covering them).

Yeah.. I still need a meal plan cus I have no idea what I should be eating during the day. I know I need proteins because it makes your body work harder to digest them, so I guess a lot of red meats. As far as breakfast, lunch, and snacks go I don't know. For lunch would a sandwich with whole wheat bread and sliced chicken breast suffice?

Remember to always eat breakfast. Some good breakfast foods are egg whites, oatmeal, and whole grain toast.

For lunch or for other meals throughout the day like Steroids said I suggest lean meats such as chicken breast, turkey breast, tuna, cod, salmon, grouper, ocean perch. You could go on and on about the fish that are good for you to eat, so basically try to include fish in your diet. They also give you good amounts of amino acids and healthy fats.

I don't really think you're ready for a pre workout supplement or anything, not that anyone needs one.

Post workout I definitely recommend http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2272412

Syntha 6 chocolate protein powder, it tastes amazing and gave me great results.

Good luckĀ  :)
