ok i dont really know shit about working out or anything but i kinda wanna get in shape a bit be4 summer

im naturally skinny even tho i eat more then probably 5 normal human beings combined.

was wondering if u guys uc ould give me some tips how to get started. im about 178 CM tall and like 62 KG lol

Mass gainers are shit.

Just count your cals.

500 over maintenance will get you 1 lb/week.

Are you going to a gym or you just gonna be that skinny kid with abs?

I hated gyms too when i was filthy skinny.  Now I'm just skinny and I don't mind them.  You will learn to tolerate.

When I see some dedication to an actual gym I'll throw some routines & ideas at you noob.

Start by eating a bit healthier and a lot more food. Stay away from junk like chips, sodas, cookies while playing scape.

Chicken, salad, tenderloins, sliced pork, pasta, brown rice.

Drink tons of water

Let me know when you start attending a neighborhood gym or you sign up for one.

Is a gym really necessary? I usually just do bodyweight exercises: push ups, pull ups, etc

bodyweight exercises can only get you so far.. theres like 5 bodyweight exercises that are beneficial, yet to build some decent muscle you need to do about 5 exercises ON EACH MUSCLE GROUP. depending on which obv., chest/back/shoulders/legs often need 4-6 exercises each for a decent workout on that area
