Charly Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 So I wanna get a lil bit of a "summerbody". For that I wanna train my upper chest-back and bizeps, what could ya'll recommend. I do cardio workouts everyday (jogging, biking and swimming mostly.) but what can I do to get fast results? Thanks in advance.
