`Flow Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 Over the summers I always play paintball, and it isn't best if you are completely built - you still need to be agile/quick. What routine do you reccommend following if I want to stay agile etc. but still gain muscle. I don't want to make my work this school year go down the drain by losing all muscle gained.
Tango_Oscar Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 I think paintballing is about speed and stamina rather than power :s just do joggin and stay scrawny cause its hard to hit a beanpole :)

Toolshed Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 i would join the wieghtlifting club.. lift alot of reps and do sprits alot so you can be strong and cut while also your fast. Paintballs all about being quick... Gooodluck bro
