Dravid Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 I havnt really exercised since I got into high school but I will be moving onto college next year so I hope to get fit. Just wondering if there is anything else I should do other than cardio and if there is any kind of supplement that can aid me in this.

Like do you have the muscle there and have some fat covering it or are you going to go heavy on the cardio and look like a skeleton? Only supp I can recommend would be a preworkout to give you that extra boost for your cardio session.
Dravid Posted March 30, 2011 Author Posted March 30, 2011 I can bench around 125 with 3 sets and 8 reps lol. I also do 30 minutes of cardio with that and then just do some of the other machines at the gym i go to.
Mike (0BR) Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 Do your cardio. Measure your daily caloric intake to maintain your weight. Consumer 500 less calories than your maintenance and you should lose a pound a week.
