Is never doing legs.

You need your front squats, back squats, leg press.. etc.. etc..

Your legs are the foundation to your entire body. DO NOT skip leg day, you won't regret it.

You may say "Buuuuuuuuut i hate the pain and i hate walking like i have a cock stuffed up my ass" Get over it, if you never do legs that's why you feel this way. DOMS! Delayed onset muscle soreness, the great feeling you get the first and second day after a good workout. Over time you will not get DOMS in your legs and will no longer have to worry about being super sore again, until you take a break.

Your legs are your wheels. I see so many frat guys in my university gym that do only upper body and have tiny legs. Stay proportional, or you will look stupid.

I did legs today - I've only done it a few times and I always walk like I have a dick shoved up my ass lol.  I've had some decent gains already, and I agree, you want to be proportional lol, dipshits with a decent upperbody with small legs always wear pants at my gym because they know their legs are small and look goofy.

Lol when I first started doing squats/jump squats/leg presses, I looked extremely awkward walking down stairs because it was so painful. I couldn't even sit down without looking awkward.

But that was the time when my entire body felt great. I've been neglecting them recently, but maybe this thread will be that last push.

Hahaha i know what you mean. In order to sit in a chair you have to lean over, bend knees and ease back into the seat. Getting in and out of cars can get quite annoying too.

he's right tho, i see so many guys at the gym hitting curls, bench, and rows.. but rarely do i ever see these guys do the exercises that makes bodybuilding great.. deads and squats..maybe a cling or 2 :p

Doing legs actually helps you so much!

Your legs are the biggest muscle group, therefore they make you body secrete loads of that lovely growth hormone  <3
