S 6 I 6 N 6 Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 Is never doing legs. You need your front squats, back squats, leg press.. etc.. etc.. Your legs are the foundation to your entire body. DO NOT skip leg day, you won't regret it. You may say "Buuuuuuuuut i hate the pain and i hate walking like i have a cock stuffed up my ass" Get over it, if you never do legs that's why you feel this way. DOMS! Delayed onset muscle soreness, the great feeling you get the first and second day after a good workout. Over time you will not get DOMS in your legs and will no longer have to worry about being super sore again, until you take a break. Your legs are your wheels. I see so many frat guys in my university gym that do only upper body and have tiny legs. Stay proportional, or you will look stupid. Just a tip! Any questions, just ask.
I Meleed I Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 Agreed! Nothing more frustrating than seeing a bunch of curlbro's come into the gym.
Steroids Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 agree. people even neglect shoulders/back alot too. if this is u, u r stupid. if you want to look like an ostrich irl, dont no legs.
gfdgfd Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 What's worse is the kids who just work on their abs and have stick thin limbs and have their display picture on facebook a picture of their pathetic six pack.

I Tacticz I Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 I did legs today - I've only done it a few times and I always walk like I have a dick shoved up my ass lol. I've had some decent gains already, and I agree, you want to be proportional lol, dipshits with a decent upperbody with small legs always wear pants at my gym because they know their legs are small and look goofy.
Smush Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 Lol when I first started doing squats/jump squats/leg presses, I looked extremely awkward walking down stairs because it was so painful. I couldn't even sit down without looking awkward. But that was the time when my entire body felt great. I've been neglecting them recently, but maybe this thread will be that last push.
S 6 I 6 N 6 Posted March 31, 2011 Author Posted March 31, 2011 Hahaha i know what you mean. In order to sit in a chair you have to lean over, bend knees and ease back into the seat. Getting in and out of cars can get quite annoying too.
Acclaimed|Jordan Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 this is exactly what my uncle told me yesterday
S 6 I 6 N 6 Posted March 31, 2011 Author Posted March 31, 2011 this is exactly what my uncle told me yesterday Your uncle is a smart man. On the other hand, my uncle was a beast yet he took steroids. He looked good back then, now he's a fat fuck.
alec Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 can not explain how much I agree. I got legs day coming up too :)
Kody Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 if this had a like button i woulda pushed it.. haha he's right tho, i see so many guys at the gym hitting curls, bench, and rows.. but rarely do i ever see these guys do the exercises that makes bodybuilding great.. deads and squats..maybe a cling or 2 :p you don't want to look like a human golf tee!
Tango_Oscar Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 Doing legs actually helps you so much! Your legs are the biggest muscle group, therefore they make you body secrete loads of that lovely growth hormone <3
S 6 I 6 N 6 Posted March 31, 2011 Author Posted March 31, 2011 Ever hurt your back? Such as your Latissimus dorsi AKA Lats .. If you have, did you have fun walking? Hurt didn't it? Haha ..Like i said LEGS ARE THE FOUNDATION TO YOUR ENTIRE BODY!
